Kids Planet Stanley Square in Sale holds a Winter Wonderland Craft Fair on Friday 11 December, 5pm to 7pm, for TDAS, and wants local crafters to book stalls.

Kids Planet Stanley Square, the nursery on Springfield Road in Sale, is holding a Winter Wonderland Craft Fair on the evening of Friday 11 December, and it is looking for local crafters and small businesses to fill the stalls. The fair runs from 5pm to 7pm and is raising money for Trafford Domestic Abuse Services (TDAS).

The quick answer

  • When: Friday 11 December 2026, 5pm to 7pm.
  • Where: Kids Planet Stanley Square, 2A Springfield Road, Stanley Square, Sale M33 7XS (nursery page).
  • In aid of: Trafford Domestic Abuse Services (TDAS).
  • Want a stall? Email stanleysquare.manager@kidsplanetdaynurseries.co.uk or call 0161 383 4628.
  • Visiting: the nursery has not given an entry price, and we will add one if it does.

Stalls wanted

The nursery wants stallholders selling “handmade crafts, Christmas decorations, jewellery, personalised gifts, festive treats and unique creations”. In its own words:

“Whether you’re an established small business or a passionate local crafter, we would love you to be part of our Winter Wonderland!”

Cara Killey, the nursery’s deputy manager, told The Alty Post the team is “trying to raise funds, and would like crafters from all over the region”, so stallholders do not have to be from Sale.

Stall enquiries go to the nursery directly:

  • Email: stanleysquare.manager@kidsplanetdaynurseries.co.uk
  • Telephone: 0161 383 4628

The nursery has not published a stall fee or a booking deadline, so ask about both when you get in touch.

Coming along

The evening is open to everyone, not only nursery families. The nursery says:

“Visitors are warmly invited to come along, discover wonderful gifts, support local businesses and enjoy an evening filled with festive cheer, all while helping us raise money for a fantastic local cause.”

And its closing line: “Come together, shop local, support a wonderful cause and help us make this Christmas extra special!”

The nursery is part of the Stanley Square development on Springfield Road and lists on-site parking on its page.

Where the money goes

Every stall and every purchase on the night goes towards Trafford Domestic Abuse Services, which supports people affected by domestic abuse in Trafford and Salford. Its website gives its support and advice line as 0161 872 7368, and it has a donate page for anyone who cannot make the evening.

What it means for you

If you make and sell things, this is an early December evening slot in Sale with a charity draw, and the organisers are keen to hear from crafters across Greater Manchester and beyond. If you are shopping, put the evening of Friday 11 December in the diary. More festive dates are in our round-up of Altrincham Christmas markets and on the What’s On page.
